Is coir safe if my dog swallows a bit?
Coir is natural coconut fibre with no plastic or synthetic coatings. Small bits that come loose pass through normally. As with any toy, supervise chewing and swap it out once it is well worn.
How tough are these for power chewers?
Our ropes, rings and logs are hand-wound and knotted for density. No toy is truly indestructible, but coir holds up far better than it looks, and it wears down naturally rather than cracking into hard plastic shards.
Do the dental toys actually help teeth?
The rough coir surface creates friction against teeth and gums as your dog chews, helping lift plaque. It is a helpful daily habit, not a replacement for vet dental care.
How do I clean and care for them?
Rinse under water, shake off, and air-dry fully before the next play session. Keep them out of prolonged damp so the fibre stays springy.
